Insured objects under property section
- property in the course of construction, installation and other activities according to contract agreements or contracts concluded by the Insured (objects of contracted work), including construction materials and installations, equipment and units intended for installation
- materials and equipment provided by the customer outside the terms of the contract with the contractor, provided that their cost is separately and additionally included to the aggregate sum insured under the policy
Moreover, upon consent of the parties and with indication of special sums insured, it is possible to provide insurance coverage for the following:
- construction site equipment: temporary buildings and erections, warehouse constructions, fences, scaffolding, decks, utility systems etc.
- construction machinery, for instance, bulldozers, diggers, graders, scrapers, road-rollers, marking machines, asphalt spreaders, pavement profilers, cranes and lifting devices, loaders, concrete-mixers, concrete pumps, compressors etc.
- existing property, being objects and items (besides the above-listed), which are located at the construction site or close by, are owned by the customer or the contractor, or kept at storage or under control of the latter
- the cost of site clean-up necessitated by an insured accident, that is, such costs, that shall be incurred following an insured accident to return the construction site to a state suitable to perform contracted work
